Lawmakers want Facebook FTC probe-Summary

In this story Ed Markey, Representive of Massachusetts, and Joe Barton, Representive of Texas, were angry at Facebook for having cookies sent to their computer even after they logged off Facebook. They filed a complaint to the FTC for an investigation on the social-networking site. A spokesman from Facebook said  "there was no security or privacy breach? Facebook did not store or use any information it should not have." The spokesman added that three cookies on some users' computers "inadvertently included unique identifiers when the user had logged out of Facebook." After Facebook was alerted about the cookies they fixed them so it wouldn't happen again.

1st Assignment

The 2nd amendment states that, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Meaning that if your in the Army, Navy, Air Force, etc, your have the right to own a firearm or if your an American citizen you also have the right to own a firearm. I agree that Americans should be able to own a firearm even if they aren't affiliated in the military.
The 3rd amendment states that, "No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law." This means that without permission from the owner of the house, that soldiers just can't stay in a house if they feel like it. I agree with this because it would be really annoying if soliders went into people's house just because they need to stay.
